Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales for our GPS tracking and fleet management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively
Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical team if required
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2 - 4 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
