CHINESE LANGUAGE TRAINER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Online Chinese Language Trainer to provide high-quality virtual instruction to students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. The trainer will focus on developing students' proficiency in Chinese, covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while fostering an appreciation for Chinese culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct interactive and engaging online Chinese language lessons tailored to individual or group needs.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with students' goals.
- Teach Core Chinese language skills, including pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversation.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Create and share learning resources, such as slides, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Use digital platforms and tools for virtual teaching (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom).
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their language-learning objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Chinese (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong command of English for communication with non-native Chinese speakers.
- Proven experience teaching Chinese as a foreign language (online teaching experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with HSK levels (HSK1 TO HSK4) and certification programs like HSK.
- Certification in teaching Chinese (e.g., HSK) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection, computer with a camera, and microphone for online classes.
- Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching.
WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:
- Fixed Shift: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Batch size: 4–5 students
- Fixed Monthly Pay-out: ₹10,000
This is a flexible schedule, but candidates must also be available during these hours.
