Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our services, and generating leads or sales through phone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
