Computer Operator cum Telecaller
Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update data in MS Excel and company software.
- Prepare reports, documents, and records.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain call logs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
- Handle email communication and basic administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and computer operations.
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Confident in handling customer calls.
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.
