About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance marketer with a proven record of driving lead generation and e-commerce sales through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience managing diverse campaign types, setting up
advanced tracking systems, and using data insights to optimize for ROI.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across:
Search | Display | Performance Max | Video (YouTube) | Demand Gen | Shopping (E-commerce)
- Execute lead generation and sales conversion campaigns across industries such as education, hospitality, and retail.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Implement and analyse data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for actionable insights.
- Configure enhanced e-commerce tracking and ensure accurate sales attribution.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Generate detailed performance reports and continuously improve campaign ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in lead generation and e-commerce performance marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of GTM, GA4, and event/conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Video Campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience across multiple industries preferred (education, hospitality, retail,etc.).
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
