About the Role
We are looking for experienced Immigration Sales Professionals to join our Noida Immigration Sales team as Global Career Consultants.
This is a consultative B2C sales role for candidates who already have experience in the immigration industry and possess strong knowledge of overseas immigration pathways.
The ideal candidate should be confident in counselling, lead conversion, objection handling, follow-ups and sales closure, while being able to understand and explain immigration pathways to prospective clients.
Preferred Immigration Experience
Candidates should have hands-on experience in counselling and selling immigration services, particularly involving:
- Canada PR
- Australia PR
- Germany Visa / Germany Immigration
- Skilled migration
- Permanent residency
- Work permits / work visas
- Other overseas immigration pathways
Candidates without prior Immigration Industry experience will not be preferred for this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesImmigration Counselling & Sales
- Counsel prospective clients on suitable immigration and overseas career pathways.
- Understand the client's education, work experience, age, language ability and career objectives.
- Conduct preliminary discussions to understand client eligibility and requirements.
- Explain relevant immigration pathways, processes and Y-Axis services.
- Provide professional and accurate counselling within the scope of the role.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales through consultative selling.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective immigration clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
- Build strong relationships and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify client intent, urgency and buying potential.
- Handle objections and address concerns related to immigration services.
- Present the value proposition of Y-Axis services effectively.
- Drive prospects towards a buying decision and achieve sales closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Country / Product Counselling
The candidate should be comfortable counselling clients on immigration pathways and basic eligibility considerations for:
Canada PR
- Skilled immigration pathways
- Express Entry
- Provincial immigration pathways
- General PR eligibility discussions
Australia PR
- Skilled migration pathways
- Points-based migration
- State nomination pathways
- General eligibility discussions
Germany
- Germany visa and immigration pathways
- Skilled professionals / employment-related pathways
- General visa eligibility and process counselling
The candidate must have the ability to understand client requirements, identify the relevant pathway and communicate the process clearly to the client.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in CRM.
- Record calls, follow-ups, opportunities and sales status.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all active opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and internal teams to maximise conversions.
What We're Looking ForMandatory Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Immigration Industry.
- Prior experience in Immigration Sales / Immigration Counselling / Immigration Consultant roles.
- Hands-on experience counselling clients for Canada PR, Australia PR and/or Germany Visa/Immigration.
- Proven experience in B2C sales and lead conversion.
- Experience handling objections, follow-ups and sales closures.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

- Comfortable handling high-volume leads and outbound calls.
