Job Summary
The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services through digital channels, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing online inquiries, building customer relationships, and utilizing digital tools and platforms to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, social media, chat, and other online platforms.
- Present products or services to prospective customers and explain their benefits.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or digital sales (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
