We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for both our mandate projects and the Adwise brand.
Position: Senior Marketing Manager
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the complete marketing function for Adwise Elements LLP and its real estate mandate projects. You will drive end-to-end marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects while strengthening Adwise's corporate brand across digital, offline, and industry platforms.
This role requires a strategic marketer who can manage project marketing, performance campaigns, brand building, public relations, creative development, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to generate measurable business growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned real estate mandate projects.
- Plan and manage project campaigns across every stage, including Pre-Launch, Launch, Sustenance, Inventory Movement, and Re-Launch.
- Create integrated marketing plans across digital, print, outdoor advertising, radio, events, activations, and channel partner engagement.
- Work closely with developers to define project positioning, target audience, pricing strategy, and marketing budgets.
- Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimise CPL, lead quality, CTR, and ROI, and work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies and media partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Lead the overall branding and positioning of Adwise across all business verticals.
- Manage the company's website, social media platforms, content strategy, SEO, online reputation, and digital presence.
- Develop and execute branding initiatives including corporate presentations, case studies, newsletters, PR activities, media coverage, recruitment campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry insights.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for Adwise's various service verticals, including Real Estate Sales Mandates, CRM Solutions, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and other real-estate business offerings.
- Support business development initiatives by creating impactful marketing collateral and sales presentations.
- Plan and execute Channel Partner (CP) Meets, Broker Meets, Project Launch Events, Corporate Events, Exhibitions, and On-ground Activations.
- Develop marketing campaigns to increase channel partner engagement and project visibility.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, printers, media buying agencies, and production houses.
- Review and approve all marketing creatives, brochures, presentations, videos, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Manage marketing budgets, negotiate vendor commercials, and ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
- Prepare monthly marketing MIS, campaign reports, and performance dashboards for developers and management.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and market trends to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Recommend innovative marketing initiatives and emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor marketing executives, interns, and external agency partners.
- Establish marketing processes, reporting systems, timelines, and quality standards while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for real estate projects from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing, branding, digital advertising, and lead generation.
- Expertise in campaign planning, project launches, vendor management, and event marketing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimisation and ROI measurement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
