About the Role:
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and experienced Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling Family, Criminal, and Civil matters, along with excellent legal drafting and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and represent clients in Family, Criminal, and Civil cases before various courts and legal forums.
- Prepare and draft legal notices, plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, agreements, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
- Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and case discussions.
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials to ensure smooth case management.
- Maintain case files, documentation, and compliance with legal procedures.
Requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice.
- Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in handling Family, Criminal, and Civil matters.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court practices.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
