About the Role
We are a growing startup looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who can take initiative in identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing client relationships. The candidate should be capable of handling the end-to-end sales cycle and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in IT services / consulting / similar industry.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹12,560.69 - ₹41,763.30 per month
