Roles & Responsibilities: Inspires and motivates the team to exceed their potential, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Sets clear, actionable goals and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive team success. Mentors and coaches team members to maximize productivity and drive professional growth. Resolves employee issues, promotes a positive work environment, and addresses team concerns. Assigns tasks, manages workflows, and ensures compliance with company policies. Provides day-to-day monitoring, coaching, and guidance to the team. Communicates the company's purpose, core values, and vision to frontline employees. Conducts regular meetings (stand-ups, 1-on-1s) to provide updates, gather feedback, and align priorities. Identifies opportunities to drive sales growth and improve processes. Handles escalated calls, complaints, and queries, and facilitates cross-functional communication. Analyzes performance data and reports team progress to upper management. Leads team meetings and actively participates in monthly and weekly meetings. Skills and Specifications: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proven expertise in customer care techniques and processes. Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader with a track record of success. Exceptional ability to motivate, influence, and guide individuals to achieve excellence. Natural talent for coaching, motivating, and interacting with people Proficiency in voice logging systems and tools Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years of experience in Tele sales, with at least 2 years in a Team Leader role Mandatory experience in selling banking products (E.g.: - Home Loan, Insurance, Personal Loan, Credit card)
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
