- Train persons with visual impairment and their families in various vocational skills, including tailoring and other livelihood-oriented skills.
- Provide hands-on training and support based on the individual’s abilities, interests and vocational goals.
- Adapt teaching methods and training materials to suit persons with visual impairment.
- Support trainees in developing skills for independent living, self-employment and livelihood opportunities.
- Assess the trainee’s progress and maintain appropriate training records and documentation.
- Participate in departmental activities, camps, awareness programs, community-based rehabilitation activities and other IVR initiatives.
- Work closely with the rehabilitation team and contribute to the overall rehabilitation goals of the individual.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
