BD Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
* Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools
* Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
* 0-1 year of experience in IT services or business development
* Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
* Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-driven with a proactive attitude
Preferred Skills:
* Strong negotiation and presentation skils
Call count 80+ per day
0-2year of experience minimum
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
