Requirements
- French language proficiency: B2/C1/C2
- DELF/DALF or equivalent certification
- Good English communication
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
Role
- Handle French-speaking customers through voice calls
- Assist with flight/hotel bookings and travel-related queries
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Maintain customer service and quality standards
