Role and Responsibilities:
- Inspect Materials: Check raw construction items and building supplies before use.
- Enforce Standards: Make sure all work follows approved blueprints, safety rules, and legal codes.
- Manage Compliance: Issue non-conformance reports for bad work and stop unsafe or sub-standard tasks.
- Keep Records: Maintain detailed logs of site inspections, tests, and procedural changes.
- Coordinate Teams: Work with project managers, contractors, and vendors to fix quality problems.
- Plan Development: Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs) for all civil works.
- Site Inspections: Conduct and supervise daily inspections of construction materials, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and earthwork to verify adherence to design drawings and standards.
- Material Verification: Verify that raw materials and procured products meet approved submittals and supplier compliance parameters before site use.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
