Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Explain the clinic's skin, hair, and aesthetic treatment services.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend appropriate consultation appointments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors and specialists.
- Follow up with leads to maximize consultation conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, and appointment status in the CRM.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through regular follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or business development.
- Experience in healthcare, skincare, cosmetology, wellness, or aesthetics is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
