Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as necessary.
- Follow up with potential customers after initial contact to nurture leads.
- Schedule follow-up calls to convert leads into actual sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Freshers with a high school diploma or equivalent. A graduate degree can be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince customers and handle rejections gracefully.
- Customer Orientation: A focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Listening Skills: Good listening ability to understand customer requirements.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new things and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
