Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food for 50–300+ people
Cook South Indian meals, breakfast, and snacks
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize wastage
Follow daily menu and timing schedule
Assist in stock management and kitchen operations
