Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination ● Achieve assigned individual sales targets by generating orders, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. ● Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and documentation. ● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. ● Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the CRM system. ● Respond to client inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. ● Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts. ● Track and update the sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the sales team and management. Collection Management ● Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections. ● Send professional payment reminders and collection notices when required. ● Coordinate with the finance team to resolve payment discrepancies. ● Maintain records of all collection activities and prepare periodic reports. ● Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes. Administrative & Client Support ● Provide administrative assistance for sales and collection activities. ● Address and resolve client queries or concerns related to invoices and payments. ● Ensure compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures
