Overall Purpose of the Role
This is a highly responsible, professional position that requires the candidate to work both independently and collaboratively to play a key role in looking after the student’s career development and providing support to the the Institute by -
● Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective students in order to generate sales
● Working with students, parents, and educators to help the students succeed academically and socially
Roles and Responsibilities
The person will be in charge of the student’s career counseling processes. He/She/They has to work closely with the students, department, academic and non-academic colleagues in the institute, ensuring that every prospect and their guardians are completely satisfied and clear with all their doubts.
Specifically, the Key Result Areas include:
● Developing higher educational and career aspirations in students
● Handling the walk-in and Telephonic admission inquiries followed by counseling of Students for admission
● Following up with the students on phone calls.
● To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief processes & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements for admission.
● To respond to inquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins) and Follow up with candidates to convert aspiring candidates into a prospective lead
● Target meeting, time management and self-initiate follow-ups Experience - Post graduate/Graduate with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an institute(B-school), college, or university, is essential, while also communication expertise and leadership effectiveness is required. However, an applicant with similar experience in corporate or a related industry with a strong track record may be recruited.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
