Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner Intern – Culture & Growth, you will work closely with the HR team to support initiatives around culture building, employee experience, talent development, and talent acquisition. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to both strategic HRBP functions and core HR operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, supporting hiring efforts, and contributing to building a strong, people-first organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Culture Building & Employee Experience
- Support initiatives that reinforce company values and a high-performance culture
- Act as a culture champion by promoting collaboration, ownership, and innovation
- Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and compiling insights
- Contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace environment
2. Talent Development & Learning
- Assist in identifying skill gaps and supporting learning & development initiatives
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums
- Support career development initiatives and employee growth plans
- Assist in performance management processes (feedback tracking, recognition programs)
3. HR Business Partnering Exposure
- Work with HRBPs to support business teams (Quant, Tech, Operations)
- Assist in tracking and maintaining HR data (attrition, engagement, performance insights)
- Support smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, internal movements, exits)
- Coordinate with managers on day-to-day HR activities
4. Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Support candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview experience
- Contribute to improving candidate experience and employer branding
5. Employer Branding & Culture Communication
- Assist in creating internal communication content (announcements, newsletters, engagement posts)
- Support employer branding initiatives across social media platforms
- Help organize engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives
6. HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in HR projects related to engagement, wellness, and process optimization
- Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements
- Support implementation of new HR initiatives and tools
