We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telugu-speaking Career Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, counselling candidates, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Counsel students and working professionals on career opportunities.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.
