Job Title: Manager Sales
Department: Sales
Job Purpose: A Sales Manager manages an organization’s entire sales process and drives revenue growth by leading, training, and motivating a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets, quotas and goals.
Salary & Perks: Up to ₹50,000 per month including all perks.
Location: Patna, Bihar
Qualification & Experience
- Graduation in Engineering (B.E. or B. Tech) or Graduate in science.
- Experience in field sales, team management and P&L handling.
Responsibilities Deliverable
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand the customer base and meet company targets.
- Analyse sales data, forecast revenue, and monitor team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales budgets, monitor expenses, and report on sales performance to management.
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Designing and implementing an end-to-end appraisal system.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long0lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Conduct regular sales trainings and performance reviews.

- Excellent reporting and MIS Skills.
- Strong decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Ability to analyse data, understand trends, and use CRM Software.
- Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- Time management and target-oriented approach.
