Hiring: INTERNATIONAL ENERGY SALES EXECUTIVE–Rotational shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Tele Sales Executive (Australian Energy) to join our growing sales team.
This role requires confidence in handling international sales calls, identifying client needs, overcoming objections, and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional sales consultations and closing calls with international prospects.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to recommend suitable solutions.
- Present products and services effectively while highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Follow established sales processes, scripts, and best practices while adapting to customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in sales closing, high-ticket sales, or international sales.
- Strong experience conducting sales calls via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets consistently.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence purchasing decisions professionally.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-ticket coaching, consulting, education, SaaS, or service-based sales.
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and closing frameworks.
- Experience working with international markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
