AI Adoption Consultant at Novo Nordisk Engineering
If you're energised by helping people embrace new ways of working, and you thrive at the intersection of training, community and change, we'd love to hear from you!
Who we are
We are a leading pharma engineering company shaping the future of API pharma engineering globally. Leveraging the expertise of 2,000+ employees across Denmark, India, and the US, we design, build and optimise pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are essential to the health and well-being of patients everywhere.
Our success is driven by passion, innovation, and collaboration — with our customers and across our teams and disciplines. If you share our dedication to a noble cause and our passion for API pharma engineering, then NNE is the place for you.
About the role
We are building an AI Strategy, Innovation & Adoption team that helps NNE transform how we deliver engineering projects through AI and digital solutions. As AI Adoption Consultant, you will be the driving force behind adoption activities on the ground in India.
You will design and deliver training, host community events, animate our Champions Network and build genuine enthusiasm for AI self-service in daily work. You will translate central adoption strategy into concrete, engaging activities that meet colleagues where they are, from hands on Copilot training to showcases, lunch and learns and champion sessions.
You will also be a key feedback channel back to the central team, capturing what works, what doesn't, and what use cases and needs surface locally.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-4 years
Department: AI Strategy, Innovation and Adoption
How you might spend your days
As an Adoption Consultant, you’ll be:
- Designing and delivering AI self-service training for colleagues in India, from general onboarding to role specific and engineering context sessions
- Planning and hosting community events that build engagement and visibility for AI adoption
- Running the Champions Network in India, recruiting and equipping champions, keeping the cadence alive and turning their feedback into fuel for the team
- Capturing local insights, barriers and use case ideas from training, events and champion conversations, and feeding them back to the central team for prioritization
- Partnering closely with our Adoption Lead in Denmark to ensure adoption activities are aligned and learnings are shared.
Who you are
We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the results we achieve as a team. As a person, you are:
- Curious and hands on with AI and digital tools, confident demonstrating them and coaching others
- Comfortable delivering training and facilitating sessions, and thoughtful about how to make them useful for different audiences
- Organised and self-driven, able to run workshops end to end with minimal supervision
- Collaborative and culturally aware, energised by working with colleagues in India, Denmark and USA.
What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
- Experience in change management, adoption, learning and development or training delivery
- Proven track record designing and delivering engaging, role relevant training
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 and AI tools (Copilot, Power Platform), able to demonstrate and coach others credibly
- Experience from pharma, engineering or another regulated technical industry, or hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption specifically, is an advantage but not a requirement
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
