About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead all human resource functions for our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and be passionate about building a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Candidates with prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives.
- Monitor employee retention and implement strategies to improve engagement.
- Support department heads in manpower planning and workforce management.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and confidential employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
