Role: We are seeking a Server Sales Specialist with deep knowledge of enterprise server hardware to drive B2B sales growth in our domestic and export markets. This role requires understanding of server architectures, configurations, vendor partnerships (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, etc.), and ability to build long-term client relationships with enterprises, data centers, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect enterprise clients, system integrators, and data center operators
Present and demonstrate server solutions tailored to client infrastructure needs
Prepare technical specifications, quotations, and proposals for complex server deals
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and resellers
Coordinate with backend team on order fulfillment, configuration, and delivery timelines
Track market trends and competitor offerings in enterprise server hardware
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide technical input to customers regarding server specifications and compatibility
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM system (ERPNext)
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in IT hardware sales (server/enterprise infrastructure preferred)
Strong knowledge of major server vendors (Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, LenovoThinkSystem, etc.)
Understanding of server specifications, configurations, and performance metrics
Proven track record of closing B2B deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of domestic and export IT component market
Fluent in English; regional language is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, or Lenovo)
Experience with system integrators or VAD channels
Knowledge of data center environments
Experience with Tally/ERPNext or similar business systems
Understanding of export compliance and documentation
