Job Summary
The PMO is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and improving project management processes across commercial interior fit-out projects. The role ensures effective project planning, governance, reporting, resource coordination, and performance tracking to achieve project objectives related to cost, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. The PMO works closely with project teams, functional departments, and leadership to provide project visibility, standardization, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, processes, and governance standards across all projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Consolidate project progress reports and present dashboards to senior management.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and coordinate mitigation plans with project teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, project procedures, and reporting standards.
- Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and management reviews.
- Coordinate with Planning, Design, Procurement, QS, Contracts, MEP, and Execution teams for project alignment.
- Monitor project cash flow, billing milestones, and overall project health.
- Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within project management functions.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and management records.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or MBA preferred.
- NICMAR is highly preffered
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Project Management, Planning, PMO, or Project Controls.
- Experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, reporting systems, and governance processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
