Achievers Connect is looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our client's growing team.
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹4.2 LPA
Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment team.
Allocate hiring requirements and monitor recruiter productivity.
Ensure quality hiring and timely closures.
Manage client relationships and recruitment planning.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors and partners.
Mentor and guide the recruitment team.
Prepare MIS reports and track team performance.
Drive recruitment process improvements and best practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
Excellent client relationship management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
Interview Process: 4 Rounds (1 Sourcing Test, 2 Discussion Rounds & 1 HR Round)No Virtual Interviews – Candidates must attend all interview rounds in person.
