Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through stock updates, cycle counts, and physical verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor team productivity.
- Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inward, outward, returns, and stock transfer transactions.
- Conduct stock audits, resolve inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
- Monitor ageing stock, slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and expired inventory.
- Train warehouse staff on inventory procedures, documentation, and safety practices.
