- International Inbound Voice Process
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate resolutions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting performance standards
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication throughout customer interactions
Eligibility
- Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Willingness to work in night shifts
