Position: Field Service Engineer
Location: Chandigarh/ Jalandhar
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service & Complaint Handling
- Attend and resolve registered service complaints promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose technical faults, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective measures.
- Ensure minimal equipment downtime and maintain service turnaround time (TAT) as per company standards.
2. Preventive Maintenance & Calibration
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of aesthetic devices as per defined schedules.
- Perform calibration and performance checks to ensure device accuracy, safety, and compliance.
- Maintain equipment performance logs and service history records.
3. Installation & Commissioning
- Install and commission newly delivered aesthetic medical devices at customer locations.
- Ensure proper setup, configuration, and operational readiness of equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover post-installation.
4. Demonstration & Application Support
- Provide device demonstrations to prospective and existing clients when required.
- Offer on-site and remote application support to ensure optimal device utilization.
- Assist customers in understanding technical features, protocols, and treatment parameters.
5. Customer Training
- Conduct operational training sessions for doctors, clinic staff, and technicians on newly installed equipment.
- Educate customers on device handling, safety guidelines, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Address user queries and provide continuous technical guidance.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
- Submit timely updates and reports to the Head Office.
- Ensure proper documentation for warranty claims and spare part replacements.
7. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong professional relationships with dermatologists and clinic partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and proactive service support.
- Represent the company professionally at all client interactions.
Qualification : B. Tech/ Diploma in (Biomedical or Electronics and Telecommunication) Must
Experience: Minimum 2 years in medical device industry as a service engineer will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
