Job Summary:
We are looking for driven, articulate, and result-oriented Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident communicators and motivated by high earnings and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about projects
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
- Stay updated on market trends and project details
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate (freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
