We are looking for energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our admissions team.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through outbound calls and follow up on inquiries received from various marketing channels.
- Counsel students about EduCADD courses, career opportunities, and certification programs.
- Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate information and effective guidance.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until enrollment.
- Schedule appointments for walk-in counseling sessions and online meetings.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Qualification
- experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the education, training, EdTech, or skill development industry.
- Knowledge of admission counseling and lead conversion.
- Experience handling CRM software and telecalling systems.
