1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory workers, supervisors, and office staff
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Maintain manpower planning based on production/export schedules
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
- Conduct engagement activities to improve morale
3. Payroll & Attendance
- Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions
- Maintain accurate employee records
4. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Coordinate audits and inspections
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for workers and staff
- Organize skill development and safety training programs
6. HR Administration
- Maintain HR documentation and employee database
- Prepare HR reports (attrition, absenteeism, manpower status)
- Support performance appraisal processes
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
