Position Title: Team Member & Delivery Partner (Primary Focus: Delivery)
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Job Purpose
A dual role focused primarily on the safe delivery of food orders to customers. During low delivery periods, this role supports the in-store team with order packing and basic restaurant maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Operations (Main Duty)
Safe Delivery: Ensure hot and fresh food reaches customers safely and on time using the best routes.
Order Accuracy: Cross-check bills and packages before leaving the store to ensure order accuracy.
Cash & App Management: Handle cash/digital payments securely and update order statuses in real-time on the delivery app.
Customer Service: Maintain a polite and professional attitude at the customer’s doorstep.
2. In-Store Support (During Downtime)
Packing: Assist in assembling and packing food packages at the dispatch counter.
Store Maintenance: Help keep the dispatch, counter, and dining areas clean and organized.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: Guaranteed minimum wages as per state statutory regulations.
Delivery Incentive: An additional ₹25 per successful delivery.

Requirements
Age & Assets: Minimum 18 years old with a personal two-wheeler.
Documents: Valid Driving License (DL), RC book, active vehicle insurance, Aadhaar, and PAN card.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
