We are Hiring – Sr. Academic Counselor (inside sales) - must know English
Candidates from IT Sales/ IT Training Institute/ Training Institue background is preferred.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Be the face and voice of the brand for all outbound communication for the institution.
2. Connect with individuals unaware of the IT, Accounts, Managment professional courses and educate them about the various career options available through the certification program.
3. Make Target-based outbound calls to potential candidates, clarify the queries they have regarding the program, and effectively close admissions.
4. Create a list of self-generated leads to drive enrollments from references/ self-generated data/ social media Posting from personal profiles/ cold calling.
5. Complete the daily KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with monthly targets through practical selling skills.
6. Have the basic technical knowledge to operate the in-house CRM & ERP and software like Microsoft Office.

Salary - 0 to 3 years - 20k to 30k fixed salary and quarterly incentive up to 30k
