We are looking for a detail-oriented Nursing Content Assistant to support the development and quality assurance of academic content across various nursing examinations. The role involves researching nursing concepts, reviewing MCQs, validating answers and rationales, preparing study materials, and ensuring content accuracy in line with current nursing standards and examination trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and review nursing MCQs across all nursing subjects.
- Develop concise notes, revision materials, and exam-oriented content.
- Prepare high-yield points, memory aids, and concept summaries.
- Assist in creating mock tests and practice question banks.
- Verify the accuracy of questions, answers, explanations, and references.
- Cross-check content against standard nursing textbooks, guidelines, and recent updates.
- Identify and correct factual, grammatical, and formatting errors.
- Ensure consistency in difficulty level and exam relevance.
- Track changes in nursing curricula, recruitment exams, and healthcare guidelines.
- Conduct literature and textbook reviews when required.
- Assist senior content developers in content planning and updates.
- Support content categorization and syllabus mapping.
- Analyze previous year nursing examination questions.
- Identify recurring topics and emerging trends.
- Contribute to blueprint creation for upcoming examinations.
- Maintain content databases and documentation.
- Coordinate with editorial, design, and product teams for content publishing.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
