Job Overview:
We are looking for ambitious, career-driven professionals to join our distribution network as a Provisional Distribution Manager (PDM).
This role offers a structured Fast-Track Career Progression Path. Candidates will initially join the organization as a Financial Advisor for a 6-month provisional period. Upon meeting the minimal business targets and successfully fulfilling the activity criteria during this period, you will be officially confirmed and promoted to the role of Distribution Manager, taking charge of your own team and distribution channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provisional Phase (Months 1–6): Actively operate as a Financial Advisor to gain hands-on experience in market development, customer acquisition, and financial planning.
- Target Achievement: Meet the minimal sales milestones and performance metrics defined for the 6-month provisional window to secure your management transition.
- Client Advisory: Analyze customer needs, provide tailored life insurance solutions from PNB MetLife’s product portfolio, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Agency Building Preparation: Learn the core competencies of recruitment, training, and team leadership required to manage your future team of advisors effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2 / HS) passed. Graduates or candidates with a BBA / Sales background are also welcome.
- Experience: Both driven freshers and experienced sales professionals (from banking, retail, or financial services backgrounds) are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Localization: Good knowledge of the local market and a strong local network.
Selection & Onboarding Process:
- Screening: Profile evaluation and personal interview rounds.
- Onboarding: Immediate joining as a Financial Advisor for the 6-month Provisional Period.
- Confirmation: Complete minimal sales targets -> Transition to Distribution Manager.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
