Position: International Business & Export Operations Manager
Location: Pune
Company: Ashapuri Developers (New Export Division)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the company export website and digital presence.
* Identify and communicate with overseas buyers and importers.
* Handle international enquiries, quotations, and price negotiations.
* Coordinate product sourcing with manufacturers.
* Manage export documentation (IEC, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.).
* Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
* Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
* Handle international payment terms (LC, Advance, DA/DP, TT), banking, and export incentives.
* Ensure payment realization and maintain buyer relationships.
* Develop new international markets and grow export sales.
Requirements:
* 5–10 years of experience in international trade and exports.
* Hands-on knowledge of complete export operations from lead generation to payment realization.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience with B2B portals, digital marketing, and export documentation.
* Knowledge of DGFT, Customs, ECGC, and international shipping procedures is preferred.
