Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend ideal domestic or international destinations and travel packages.
- Itinerary Design: Create detailed, customized day-by-day itineraries, including transport, accommodations, and local attractions.
- Booking & Logistics: Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or online booking platforms to reserve flights, hotels, cruises, and tours.
- Customer Support: Assist with booking modifications, process cancellations, handle refunds, and troubleshoot travel disruptions.
- Sales & Targets: Actively promote travel packages, insurance, and add-ons to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of demonstrated success in a travel agency, tour operations, or hospitality customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer reservation systems (GDS) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of travel documents (passports, visas) and international travel requirements.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
