We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities in our packaged drinking water plant operating for Bisleri. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, laboratory management, process monitoring, and adherence to statutory and company quality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaged drinking water / beverage / food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment systems and laboratory testing procedures.
- Familiarity with BIS, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and audit requirements independently.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
