Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions — from proof of concept to production. You'll work hands-on with LLMs, Agentic AI / AI Agents, RAG systems, and enterprise integrations, with a strong focus on evaluation, reliability, and scale — collaborating closely with data engineering, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML and Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent (Agentic AI) systems integrated with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Build and scale production-level RAG systems, optimizing for retrieval quality, latency, and cost at scale.
- Establish LLM Evaluation and LLM App Eval frameworks to systematically assess model outputs, application behavior, and end-to-end system quality.
- Implement RAG Eval and Agent Eval pipelines to measure retrieval accuracy, groundedness, task completion, and agent decision-making reliability.
- Fine-tune and optimize models to meet business and performance requirements.
- Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines and services, following software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, microservices).
- Implement model monitoring and continuous evaluation to drive ongoing improvement in production.
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and cost-effective in production.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Stay current with advances in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, and apply relevant innovations to the team's work.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in AI/ML Engineering or a related field, with strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar) — from API-based integration to fine-tuning and performance tuning for specific business needs
- Experience building and scaling AI Agents/ RAG applications with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, n8n, Crew AI or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search).
- Working knowledge of LLM/RAG/Agent evaluation methodologies and tools (e.g., RAGAS, DeepEval, TruLens, LangSmith, or similar).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
Good to Have
- DevOps/MLOps knowledge, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- AI managed services provided by Snowflake like Snowflake Cortex
- Knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
