Core Responsibilities
- Approval & Compliance: Meticulously draft, submit, and track applications for zoning, building plans, and NOCs.
- Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with government bodies (e.g., Chennai's local municipal bodies, CMDA, DTCP).
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering property inquiries and ensuring smooth transaction experiences.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of project clearances and client requests to prevent legal risks or delays.
- Internal Coordination: Bridge the gap between on-site/legal teams and external regulatory inspectors.
Required Skills
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local land laws and zoning frameworks.
- Communication & Diplomacy: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to handle government officials and client concerns.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate bureaucratic bottlenecks and resolve service-related issues quickly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
