We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to generate new business opportunities and convert potential clients into customers. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity with flexible working hours.
The role is completely sales-focused and ideal for individuals who are confident in communicating with clients, generating leads, and closing deals. No office visit is required. Candidates are only expected to submit a daily update of leads generated and sales conversions through mobile.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, social media, referrals, networking, or other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed service orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain a daily record of leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions.
- Submit a daily progress report through mobile (WhatsApp, Google Form, or any reporting platform specified by the company).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility
- Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or mobile applications is an advantage.
- Smartphone with internet connectivity is mandatory.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position.
- Earn 5% to 10% commission on every successful client sale (commission percentage may vary depending on the service or project value).
- If a client subscribes to a monthly service package, commission will be paid on the recurring package as per the company's commission policy.
- There is no upper limit on earnings. Higher sales result in higher income.
