XIME Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage civil construction, infrastructure development, renovation, and maintenance activities across our residential management campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction and renovation projects.
- Oversee maintenance of campus buildings and infrastructure.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, project schedules, and monitor budgets.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, project management, and facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading civil drawings.
- Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Willingness to work on-site and manage projects hands-on.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
