Core Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, with 6+ years in productmanagement (B2B experience preferred). Proven track record of launching innovative solutions and driving customeradoption. Self-starter with a proactive, and can-do attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging bothbusiness and technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, evangelizing productvision, and managing backlogs. Proficient in agile methodologies; familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA,Confluence) and Aha! Product tools is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities. Experience in P2P software and the Hospitality industry is a plus.
