Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the IT services or software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase website traffic, strengthen our online presence, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and market expansion.
Lead Generation
- Drive B2B lead generation campaigns targeting international markets.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead generation and pipeline growth.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Coordinate the creation of blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and website content.
Paid Advertising
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage the company's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Execute campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Support employer branding and thought leadership initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and data analysis.
Marketing Automation
- Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead management and conversion.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers, developers, content writers, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or software company marketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Meta Ads and remarketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Mailchimp.
- Experience with content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent) are an advantage.
