We specialize in delivering innovative engineering solutions for highways, bridges, metros, tunnels, industrial structures, and commercial construction projects.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Delhi-NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and consultants.
- Promote the company's scaffolding, formwork, shuttering, and customized steel fabrication solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitors' activities.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to clients.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Scaffolding and Formwork systems.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and construction projects.
- Ability to develop B2B business relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–4 years in Sales/Business Development of Scaffolding, Formwork, Shuttering, or Construction Materials.
- Education:
- MBA (Marketing/Sales/Operations), or
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates with an existing network in the construction and infrastructure industry will be preferred.
