Job Summary
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital floor, ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining service quality, coordinating between departments, and enhancing patient satisfaction. The role involves managing staff, resolving patient concerns, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations of the assigned hospital floor and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counselors, laboratory, pharmacy, and housekeeping teams for seamless patient care.
- Manage patient appointments, admissions, discharges, and treatment schedules.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient queries or complaints promptly.
- Supervise front office and support staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor patient waiting times and optimize patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular floor rounds and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Maintain records, reports, and departmental documentation.
- Support implementation of new processes and hospital initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on staffing and resource requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are followed on the floor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations, patient services, or healthcare administration.
- Experience in IVF/Fertility healthcare will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
